At Vivajel™, customer safety and product integrity are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our products, all purchases of Vivajel™ Cutting Stick Jelly are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns

Vivajel™ Cutting Stick Jelly is a dietary supplement intended for personal consumption. For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be returned or resold.

• No returns (opened or unopened products)

• No exchanges

This includes orders placed incorrectly or cases of dissatisfaction after purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
